Being aware of your self talk particularly during hard times is crucial in helping you resolve and work through current issues you’re facing. Keep it positive and keep it in perspective to the here and now and don’t allow the situation you’re facing to compound in your mind.
Focus on the here and now and remind yourself of the all the times you’ve faced challenges and struggles and know that you can do it again.
