Reading is one of my favourite strategies for dealing with any or my issues in my life. It helps me to change or adapt my thinking patterns. I learn new ways of thinking, being and doing and I gain a lot of insight in to how I can improve myself.
This strategy I’ve used has transformed my life. And I know that I large reason why I’m here today is because I invested a lot of time understanding my pain, and learning new ways to cope and be okay.
I would absolutely recommend this strategy to anyone who suffers depression, anxiety, or just needs hep in learning how to become the person you want to be. There’s literally a book out there for every thing you ever need.
